1、WGFB無(wu)(wu)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)噴(pen)(pen)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)效(xiao)低(di)壓離心(xin)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(噴(pen)(pen)頭壓力(li)(li):0.035MPa)作(zuo)為(wei)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)元件取[代了(le)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)和布(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),使整塔(ta)(ta)(ta)幾乎成為(wei)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)空塔(ta)(ta)(ta),結構大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)簡化(hua)。
2、WGFB無(wu)(wu)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)噴(pen)(pen)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)在(zai)取消填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)和布(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)后,將霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)進風(feng)道上方(fang)(fang),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)射方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)與軸(zhou)流(liu)(liu)風(feng)機抽吸的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)風(feng)同(tong)向(xiang),同(tong)時(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)有上升(sheng)和下(xia)降(jiang)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)也有順(shun)流(liu)(liu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)和逆流(liu)(liu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。

WGFB塔(ta)(ta)(ta)由于取消了(le)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),塔(ta)(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)阻力(li)(li)降(jiang)至(zhi)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)1/2,在(zai)風(feng)機相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),由風(feng)機特性曲(qu)線(xian)可(ke)知,風(feng)量增(zeng)至(zhi)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)1.2倍。氣水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)比也增(zeng)至(zhi)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)1.2倍,因此冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)溫差較(jiao)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)大(da)(da)(da)2℃。
